"Alta via delle 5 Terre" sentiero 1c.a.i. La Spezia. Along it's ridge this path connects the villages of the Cinque Terre and extends from Portovenere to Levanto

The path is about 40 kilometres.

"Sentiero Azzurro" sentiero 2 del c.a.i. La Spezia. This 12 kilometres path connects Riomaggiore to Monterosso at a height of 200 meters.

The path from Riomaggiore to Manarola is called" street of the love" and is about 1 Kilometre, and takes about 20 minutes.

The path from Manarola to Corniglia is 3 kilometres, and takes about 1 hour.

The path from Corniglia to Vernazza is 3.5 kilometres, and takes about 1.30 h.

The path from Vernazza to Monterosso is 3.8 kilometres, and takes about 1 h.

During spring and summer, there are daily boat excursions from La Spezia waterfront to the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Portofino, and the aquarium in Genova. There is also scheduled service to the Island Of Capraia .
